Plans & Pricing

Pixture is priced per computer, not per account. Booths are free profiles: create as many as you like in the Pixture dashboard. What you pay for is Pix Pro on each computer that runs the Pix Desktop App.

Your account is Pix Starter while no computer has Pix Pro, and Pix Pro the moment one does, whether through a subscription, a running Event Pass or the free trial. You buy and manage everything on the Devices page of the dashboard.

Pix Starter (free)​

Pix Starter is for trying Pixture and for booths that do not charge guests.

  • One computer. Pairing a second computer is refused at the pairing code. Replacing the computer on a booth that already has one still works.
  • Watermarked output. Every photo and every print carries the Pixture watermark.
  • Unlimited booth profiles, two ready-made print templates and the default screen design.
  • Pix Design is open to try. Creating or saving your own designs needs Pix Pro; the dashboard offers Start free trial or Buy Pix Pro when you try. Marketing Studio needs Pix Pro.
  • No payment screen. Every photo session is free and the booth skips the Payment screen.

You do not even need an account to try the booth: install the Pix Desktop App and tap Try it without an account on the login screen. It runs with built-in frames and screens, watermarked, without cloud sharing.

Event Pass​

$5 or Rp 85.000. 24 hours of Pix Pro on one computer. The 24 hours start only when you use the Event Pass at the booth.

  • Buy any time, in any quantity, at a flat price. Unused Event Passes wait in your account; the Event Passes card on the Devices page shows "N unused".
  • Use one at the booth: on an event, tap Use Event Pass when the booth asks "Use an Event Pass for today?". Any other time, open the operator menu and tap Use an Event Pass on this computer. A computer paired while you hold unused Event Passes stays blocked until you use one on it.
  • While it runs, the booth shows a badge "Event Pass until HH:mm".
  • An Event Pass ends when the computer is deactivated. It cannot be moved to another computer or used again.
  • Event Passes never renew.
When an Event Pass fits

Weddings, markets, brand activations and school events, where you pass the cost on to the client. If a computer runs more than about eight event days a month, Pix Pro Monthly is cheaper.

Pix Pro Monthly, "Pix Pro (1 Month)"​

$40 or Rp 850.000 per computer per month.

  • Paid by card, it renews every month until you cancel.
  • In Indonesia, purchases through QRIS are prepaid for one month and do not renew. The dashboard shows this as "Prepaid, no auto-renewal".

Pix Pro Yearly, "Pix Pro (1 Year)"​

$300 per computer per year, about $25 per month. In Indonesia Rp 6.500.000 per year. The dashboard marks it "Best Value" with a "Save 38%" badge.

Several computers at once​

Adding several devices in one purchase gives a volume discount. Open Devices > Buy license > Pix Pro, set How many devices? and tap See volume pricing to see the per-device price for Monthly and Yearly before you pay.

Free 3-Day Trial​

Every account can claim one free trial: 3 days of Pix Pro on one computer, no card needed.

  1. In the dashboard, tap Claim free trial on the "Try Pix Pro free for 3 days" popup, or open it from the bell menu. On the booth, the operator menu offers the same.
  2. Pick the booth. The trial goes on the computer paired to it.

While the trial runs your account is Pix Pro. If you Deactivate that computer on the Devices page, the trial returns to your pool and the next computer that checks in takes it. It still ends for good 3 days after you claimed it.

Pix AI credits​

Pix AI is in beta and available to beta accounts. Every generated image costs 1 credit. Credits are shared by every booth in the account and work on any plan. Buy them under Devices > Pix AI credits > Manage credits, as packs of 100, 400 or 1000 credits, or as a monthly plan.

How you pay​

  • Internationally: card checkout in US dollars. Monthly and Yearly renew on the card; manage it under Settings > Pixture billing.
  • In Indonesia: DOKU checkout in rupiah with QRIS, bank transfer or a card. Nothing is stored, and QRIS purchases are prepaid.
